there are two compensation elements, there are fixed pay and variable pay.
1.there are three things that need to be known, one of which discusses internal alignment in which there is a job analysis and job evaluation there is pay policy about lead , match and lag.
2.External Competitive discussion about Pay comparative competitive , Market Analysis , base pay structure
3. Compensation management discussion about pay for performance and communicative the plan
